Bamboo HR is a platform that HR professionals use to streamline everyday tasks, attract and keep talent, and develop a forward plan. It can be used for duties that range from hiring and onboarding to payroll and performance. Connecting iSpring Learn LMS and Bamboo HR allows you to keep both training and HR processes in the same place.

How to Activate the Integration

  1. To turn on this integration, enter your Bamboo HR Access Token and Subdomain.



  2. To generate an access token (API key), log in to your Bamboo HR account and click on your photo in the top right corner of the page. In the opened menu, select API Keys.



  3. Next, click Add New Key.



  4. Then, enter your API Key Name and click Generate Key.



  5. Now paste your access token and enter your subdomain.



    For instance, if your BambooHR address is https://mycompany.bamboohr.com, its subdomain is — mycompany.


  6. Click Connect to turn on the integration.

How to Set up the Synchronization

  1. Once you've entered your access token and subdomain, you'll be able to set up the synchronization.
  2. In the Settings section, you'll see two fields:
    Text invite — a message that will be sent to users in iSpring Learn.
    Default role — a role that will be assigned to users in iSpring Learn. It's a UUID role, which you can find in iSpring Learn User Profile Settings.

     

    These fields are optional.
  3. In the Synchronization section, you'll see the date of the last successful upload.



  4. You can allow automatic synchronization. To set the time of the synchronization, click Add time


    You can schedule synchronization to take place up to 3 times a day.
  5. Then you can allow the exportation of assignments and certificates from iSpring Learn to Bamboo HR.



  6. Finally, click Save.



  7. If you want to run synchronization manually, click Sync.
