Bamboo HR is a platform that HR professionals use to streamline everyday tasks, attract and keep talent, and develop a forward plan. It can be used for duties that range from hiring and onboarding to payroll and performance. Connecting iSpring Learn LMS and Bamboo HR allows you to keep both training and HR processes in the same place.
How to Activate the Integration
To turn on this integration, enter your Bamboo HR Access Token and Subdomain.
To generate an access token (API key), log in to your Bamboo HR account and click on your photo in the top right corner of the page. In the opened menu, select API Keys.
Next, click Add New Key.
Then, enter your API Key Nameand clickGenerate Key.
Now paste your access token and enter your subdomain.
Once you've entered your access token and subdomain, you'll be able to set up the synchronization.
In the Settings section, you'll see two fields: Text invite — a message that will be sent to users in iSpring Learn. Default role — a role that will be assigned to users in iSpring Learn. It's a UUID role, which you can find in iSpring Learn User Profile Settings.
These fields are optional.
In the Synchronizationsection,you'll see the date of the last successful upload.
You can allow automatic synchronization. To set the time of the synchronization, click Add time.
You can schedule synchronization to take place up to 3 times a day.
Then you can allow the exportation of assignments and certificates from iSpring Learn to Bamboo HR.
Finally, click Save.
If you want to run synchronization manually, click Sync.
