To enable the birthday widget and card:

  1. Go to Settings → Additional Options.



  2. Then, click Birthdays.



  3. Turn on the Birthday Widget to remind employees about their colleagues’ birthdays.



    Employees will see the widget in the user portal.



  4. Next, enable the Birthday Card module.



    Employees will receive a birthday card and a push notification in the mobile app.

Widget Time Zone

Users will see birthday notifications in the time zone of their user portal. For example, an employee in the Australian Eastern Standard Time Zone will see that their colleague from New York has a birthday today, June 12, even if it's still June 11th in New York.
