With the private messaging option, users and administrators of iSpring Learn can ask and answer questions about a course or share their impressions.
Account Owner, Account Administrators, Department Administrators can message any user in the LMS.
Learners can respond to all messages and also can send their messages to:
- Account Owner,
- Account Administrators,
- Departments Administrator of their department,
- Authors who manage their department.
If there's an instructor assigned to a course, learners can send their questions to them.
