Let's see how the number of users included in your billing package is counted with the 30, 100, or 300 user tariff plans.
Important:
- The method for counting users for the 500, 1000, or 2000 user tariff plans is described in the Billing article.
Who is counted | - An active user who logged in during the pay period.
- A lead who viewed the second free course (the completion status should be at least 80%) irrespective of the pay period, or viewed the same free course twice.
This can be a standalone course or a course included in a learning path.
Even if statistics are reset, leads will become active as soon as they view a second course.
- A lead who attended two free events.
- A user who logged in to the system during the pay period and was later deactivated.
|
Who is not counted | - A lead who registered but didn't buy a course and viewed one free course only once.
- A lead who registered but didn't pay to attend any paid event and attended less than two free events.
- An active user who didn't log in to the account within the current pay period.
- A user who was deactivated during the previous pay period, as they currently can't access the account.

All users that are counted in the package are marked with the Counted label.
