Record an audio narration and synchronize it with the presentation slides.

To record an audio narration:

  1. Click Record Audio on the iSpring Suite toolbar.



  2. Select a slide from which you will start recording audio.



  3. Click Start Record and read aloud the text that can be added to the notes section,



  4. To save the audio recording, click OK.


Managing Audio Recording

Choose the slide from which you will start recording audio narration.

2. Start Record / Next Animation/ Next Slide/ Stop            

Manage the recording process: start recording, advance to the next animation, advance to the next slide, stop recording.

3. Show slide notes            

Enable and disable slide notes.

4. Process this slide only            

Enable and disable audio recording only for the current slide.

5. Options

Select an audio recording device.

6. Play/Pause

Playback of the recorded audio.

7. Stop

Stop audio recording or narration playback.

8. Left arrow

Go to the previous slide.

9. Right arrow             

Go to the next slide.

10. Notes

Enable or disable an alternate text for the slide.
