1. If you don't need system sounds, try to enable them.
    1. Go to Settings.



    2. Under the Devices tab deselect Record system audio.



  2. Restore defaults.
    1. In the Main menu select Settings > System. Then go to the Sound tab and click on Sound Control Panel.



    2. Choose a device and click Properties.



    3. Under the Advanced tab click Restore Defaults.



    4. Go back to the sound control panel, select your microphone and click Properties.



    5. Restore the microphone defaults.
  3. You can also reinstall your audio drivers.
  4. Your antivirus might block iSpring Cam Pro. If that's the problem, you will have to update it.
