Signing in with iSpring ID

To get started, sign into iSpring Suite using your iSpring ID. Once you purchase and install iSpring Suite, you will receive an email with your iSpring Account login info:

• iSpring ID

• Workspace address

  

  The iSpring ID is your iSpring Account for managing subscriptions, signing into your workspace, and iSpring Suite. You can sign in to your Account if you purchased iSpring Suite Max. Your password for your iSpring Account is created when you register for a trial version.

  The workspace is your iSpring Space.

1. Launch iSpring Suite 11 and click on the user account icon at the top right corner.
   
   
   
   You can also open a project and, under the iSpring Suite tab, click Sign In. 
   
   
   
   
2. Next, enter the email of your iSpring ID and click Continue.
   
   
   
   

3. Then, enter your iSpring ID password and click Sign In.
   
   
   
   Great! You signed into your iSpring Account.
   
    
   
   Now you can go back to iSpring Suite and start creating courses right away!
   
   
   
   

   If you can't sign in online because of antivirus software or a proxy server error, sign in with activation code.
