Important:

  1. Files with which you work in iSpring Cam Pro should be stored on a non-removable storage device such as an internal disk drive or a solid-state drive. If you stick to these conditions, your video projects will remain undamaged and will work properly.

When working with your files in iSpring Cam Pro, don't keep them on an external drive, a network drive, or in cloud storage. However, archived projects can be stored using any type of data storage.

  2. Users who view the course on an Android device in the Google Chrome browser, need to turn off Lite mode:

    1) Open the course on your Android phone or tablet and tap Settings in the Chrome app.
    2) Under Advanced, tap Lite mode.
    3) Turn off Lite mode.
